The pPIC9K-sumo vector carries a strong AOX1 promoter, which can drive high-level expression of genes. It also includes an alpha secretion signal, enabling efficient secretion of recombinant proteins into the extracellular space, facilitating subsequent isolation and purification. SUMO fusion protein: Contains the SUMOSTAR fusion protein. The SUMO protein has strong expression-enhancing capabilities, which can increase the expression levels of the target protein and help with proper protein folding and stability. Seamless cloning technology is used, so the connection is not affected by any restriction enzyme sites. The modified multiple cloning site ensures that cloning is not limited by potential nucleic acid restriction sites within the target gene, making it convenient for inserting the target gene.
