pGAPZB Vector
pGAPZB is a Pichia pastoris protein expression vector that can be used to construct yeast expression vectors. The target gene can be recombined into pGAPZB and transformed into Pichia pastoris to achieve expression of the target protein. For example, the mature peptide sequence of the turbot antimicrobial peptide hepcidin gene can be recombined into pGAPZB to construct the fusion expression vector pGAPZB-thep6his, which is then transformed into Pichia pastoris SMD1168 to obtain yeast strains that can stably express the fusion antimicrobial peptide protein.
