pYES2/CT/α-Factor carrier combines the rigorous regulation of the pYES2 system with the efficient secretory ability of the α- signal peptide, and its main features and advantages include: efficient secretory expression, the most significant feature of this carrier is its ability to secrete the target protein into the extular culture medium.
