pSecTag2 is a mammalian expression vector, and the built-in mouse Igκ chain secretory signal peptide can guide the secretion your inserted target protein into the extracellular space. The C-terminal fused 6xHis tag allows rapid one-step affinity purification using nickel chelation resin. Meanwhile the c-myc epitope tag facilitates the detection and localization of expressed protein using the corresponding antibody through methods such as Western Blot, immunofluorescence, etc. pTag2 uses a strong CMV promoter, ensuring high-level expression of the target gene in mammalian cells. Additionally, the vector contains a "Bovine Growth Horm (BGH) polyA" terminator, which can enhance the stability of the mRNA.
