pE6C Vector

pE6C is a vector that is often used as a starting point, mainly for Gateway cloning system. It can provide a template for the EY fluorescent protein gene to Gateway reaction, and also can be connected to the target gene through BamHI and NotI enzyme cutting sites, so as to fuse with EYFP fluorescent at the C terminus..
