pUC-pSPYNE Vector

pUC-pSPYNE is a plasmid commonly used in plant molecular biology research for bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) experiments. It is mainly used in BiFC experiments, where the target proteins are fused with two fragments of a fluorescent protein. When the two target proteins interact, the two fragments of the fluorescent protein come close and reconstitute an active fluorescent protein, allowing the observation of protein-protein interactions at the cellular level.
