pUC-pSPYCE is a plant cell bimolecular fluorescence complementation plasmid. The product number of this plasmid is P1787, with a length of 4140 bp, and it carries ampicillin (Amp) resistance. The cloning strain is Escherichia coli DH5α, and the culture condition is 37°C. It contains the CaMV 35S promoter from cauliflower mosaic virus, which is a strong constitutive promoter capable of driving stable and efficient expression of downstream genes in plant cells.
