pAbAi Vector

pAbAi is a yeast reporter vector, mainly used for yeast one-hybrid experiments to identify and characterize DNA-binding proteins. In the yeast onehybrid system, pAbAi needs to be used with plasmids such as pGADT7. The screening marker of pAbAi is Ura, which used to express the fusion protein of AD and the target protein. When transforming yeast with the pAbAi vector, it needs to be linearized.
