p53-HiS2 Vector

The p53-HiS2 vector is an essential part of the "BD Matchmaker Single Hybrid System" and is often used as a positive vector to verify the normal operation of the entire yeast single hybrid system. The vector contains the "Col E1 replication origin" and the "kanamycin resistance gene", which the amplification and screening in E. coli. Meanwhile, its contained "ARS4" (autonomous replication sequence) and "TRP1" nutritional markers are beneficial for replication screening in yeast, and the "CEN6" (centromere sequence) ensures the stable inheritance of this vector during yeast cell division.
