The pGAD-Rec-53 vector is an essential part of the "BD Matchmaker Single Hybridization System" and is also a recombin activation domain plasmid vector specially designed for yeast one-hybrid experiments. The core is to integrate the human p53 gene directionally on the basis of the classic vector pG-Rec, and to co-transform yeast with p53-AbAI, which is often used as a positive control vector to verify the normal operation of the entire yeast onehybrid system.
