pGADT7-GW is an efficient shuttle vector derived from the classical yeast two-hybrid activation domain vector pGADT7, modified through the introduction of the Gateway recombination cloning system. Its core advantage lies in upgrading the 'traditional restriction enzyme-ligation cloning' to 'site-specific recombination cloning without the need for enzymes,' significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of target gene insertion, while retaining the core functions of pGADT7 compatible with the yeast two-hybrid system. It is an ideal tool for high-throughput protein interaction studies and parallel construction of multiple vectors.
