pGBKT7-GW Vector

pGBKT7-GW is a derivative vector modified from the classical yeast two-hybrid bait vector pGBKT7. The core upgrade is the introduction of Gateway cloning technology's att recombination sites, retaining pGBKT7's essential function as a yeast two-hybrid "bait vector" while significantly simplifying the cloning process of the target gene. It eliminates the need for restriction enzyme digestion and ligation, making it suitable for the efficient and high-throughput construction of "GAL4 BD - bait protein" fusion expression plasmids, and is widely used for the screening and verification of protein-protein interactions.
