pDEST22 Vector
pDEST22 is a yeast two-hybrid system-specific prey vector designed based on Gateway cloning technology, developed by Invitrogen. Its core function is to insert the target 'prey protein' coding gene into the vector through an efficient Gateway recombination reaction, expressing the 'activation domain - prey protein' fusion within yeast cells. Together with bait vectors (such as pDEST32, pGBKT7), it enables high-throughput screening and validation of protein-protein interactions, particularly suitable for cDNA library construction and the preparation of plasmids for batch expression of prey proteins.
