SD/-Leu/-Trp/-Ura with Agar is a mixture of Minimal SD Base, DO Supplement-Leu-Trp-Ura and agar powder to screen strains that can express the component or activate related reporter genes with the help of Leu, Trp, and Ura defects in DO Supplement-Leu-Trp-Ura.
