pBT3-SUC Vector

The pBT3-SUC vector is a special bait vector in the yeast two-hybrid system for membrane proteins, developed by Dualsystems Biotech, is mainly used to study the interactions between membrane proteins, organelle proteins, and secreted proteins. The vector comes with the signal peptide of the yeast transformase (SUC2), ensuring that the bait protein is correctly anchored to the cell membrane, suitable for "type I transmembrane proteins" (i.e., N-terminus in organelle cavity or extracellular, C-terminus in the cytoplasm, and its N-terminus "contains a signal peptide").
