This product is used for the screening and verification of iron transport protein yeast, including 2.5×SD/-Ura mother liquor, 2×/-Ura/-Fe²⁺  mother liquor, 100mM Fe²⁺  mother liquor and 100mmol/L FERROZINE solution.ERROZINE can chelate trace Fe²⁺ in SD/-Ura/-Fe²⁺ culture, making SD/-Ura/-Fe²⁺ in a state of extreme deficiency, which is convenient for the detection of subsequent protein ferrous ion transport function.
