pBT3-STE Vector

The pBT3-STE vector is a special bait vector in the yeast two-hybrid system for membrane proteins, developed by Dualsystems Biotech, and mainly used to study the interactions between membrane proteins, organelle proteins, and secreted proteins. In the yeast two-hybrid experiment for the membrane system, it is crucial to select correct vector based on the topology of the bait protein. The pBT3-STE is mainly suitable for those transmembrane proteins with their C-terminus in the cytopmic side and without signal peptides at their N-terminus.
