pPR3-C Vector
pPR3-C is the prey vector that complements pPR3-N in the membrane yeast two-hybrid system, and its core function is express the “NubG - prey protein” fusion in yeast cells, which can be paired with the bait vector through the split-ubiquitin mechanism to detect the interaction membrane proteins. The main difference between it and pPR3-N is the direction of fusion of the prey protein with the NubG tag, providing more flexible cloning options prey proteins with different structural properties.
