pPR3-STE vector is a special prey vector in the yeast two-hybrid system for membrane proteins, developed by Dualsystems Biotech, which is with the bait vector through the split-ubiquitin mechanism and is mainly used to study the interactions between membrane proteins, organelle proteins, and secretory proteins. It provides flexible cloning options for prey proteins with different structural characteristics.
