This product is used for the screening and verification of phosphate transport protein yeast, including 2.5×SGR/-Ura/-P mother liquor 2.5×SD/-Ura/-P mother liquor and 1M phosphate solution. Both 2.5×SGR/-Ura/-P mother liquor and2.5×SD/-Ura/-P mother liquor lack phosphorus, which makes the yeast growth in a state of phosphorus deficiency, which is convenient for the detection of phosphate ion transport function of the protein.
