pNubG-Fe65 is a recombinant bait vector constructed based on the split-ubiquitin system, and its core function to express the “Fe65 protein - NubG fusion protein” in yeast cells. By matching it with the prey vector containing Cub, the interaction between Fe65 and proteins can be detected. In the yeast two-hybrid system for membrane proteins, it is used with pTSU2-APP as a positive control plasmid..
