pDHB1-largeT is a recombinant plasmid constructed based on the pDHB1 vector, which belongs to the positive control bait in the yeast two-hybrid system. This plasmid expresses the SV40 large T antigen fused with the C-terminal fragment of ubiquitin and the LexA-16 transcriptional activation factor, which can interact with the prey vector expressing the fusion protein of p53 protein and the N-terminal fragment of ubiquitin, used to the effectiveness of the yeast two-hybrid system.
