pDSL-p53 Vector

pDSL-p53 is a recombinant plasmid of the pDSL vector backbone, which expresses the fusion protein of p53 NubG in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, belonging to the positive control bait vector in the yeast two-hybrid system. It can undergo known interactions with SV4 large T antigen and ubiquitin C-terminal fragment and LexA-VP16 bait vectors, and is used to verify the effectiveness of the yeast two-hybrid system.
