pBT Vector

The pBT vector is a core tool for expressing DNA-binding domain-bait protein fusions in bacterial two-hybrid systems. By pairing with theTRG vector (expressing transcription activation domain-prey protein), the physical interaction between proteins is converted into easily detectable reporter gene signals, allowing for efficient investigation of protein interactions.
