pTRG Vector

The pTRG vector is a core tool for expressing DNA-binding domain-prey protein fusions in bacterial two-hybrid systems. By pairing with pBT vector (DNA-binding domain-bait protein), the physical interaction between proteins is converted into easily detectable reporter gene signals, allowing for efficient investigation of protein interactions.
