pBT-LGF2 is a recombinant plasmid based on the pBT series vector skeleton, which expresses the fusion protein of “LGF2 - DNA binding domain (BD)”. pTRG-GAL11P vector was co-transformed into bacteria as a positive control for validating the reliability of the two-hybrid system.
