pACT Vector

The pACT vector is a core tool for expressing DNA activation domain-prey protein fusions in the mammalian cell two-hybrid system. By pairing the pBIND vector (DNA-binding domain-bait protein), the physical interaction between proteins is converted into an easily detectable reporter gene signal, allowing for efficient investigation of interactions.
