pBIND Vector

pBIND is one of the core vectors in the mammalian cell two-hybrid system, mainly used to express the fusion protein of "DNA-binding (DBD)-bait protein", which is used in combination with the corresponding activation domain vector (such as pACT) to study the interaction between proteins. It is widely in signal pathway analysis, transcriptional regulatory mechanism research and drug target screening.
