pFN11A (BIND) is an important member of the Flexi vector system from Promega Corporation, serving as a binding domain vector (ait vector) in the mammalian two-hybrid system for expressing “target protein - DNA binding domain” fusions in mammalian cells, which, when paired with the activation domain (such as pFN10A (Act)), specifically detects protein-protein interactions. It is particularly suitable for interaction studies requiring physiological environments.
