pACT-MyoD is a positive control vector in the mammalian cell two-hybrid system, constructed based on the pACT series vector backbone, expresses the "MyoD - transcription activation domain (AD)" fusion protein. It is co-transfected into mammalian cells with the pBIND-Id vector as positive control, mainly used to verify the effectiveness of the mammalian cell two-hybrid system, ensuring that the experimental system can accurately detect protein interactions.
