pBIND-Id Vector

pBIND-Id is a negative control vector in the mammalian two-hybrid system, constructed based on the pBIND vector backbone, which expresses fusion protein of “Id protein - GAL4 DNA-binding domain (BD)”. It is co-transfected with pACT-MyoD vector into mammalian as a positive control, mainly used to verify the effectiveness of the mammalian two-hybrid system, ensuring that the experimental system can accurately detect protein interactions.
