pEU-E01-MCS is a luciferase reporter gene vector, belonging to the pGL4 series vector family. Its core function is to serve as a reporter tool for detecting transcriptional activity, especially suitable for mammalian two-hybrid systems and transcriptional regulation studies, allowing the quantification of promoter or response element transcriptional activation strength through luciferase activity.
