pX601 Vector

pX601 is a versatile expression vector in the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system, developed by Feng Zhang's laboratory. It belongs to the pX series vector family, and its core feature is the ability to simultaneously express the Cas9 nuclease and a single guide RNA (gRNA). It also contains a puromycin resistance gene, which facilitates the selection of successfully transfected cells, and is widely used for stable gene editing in mammalian cells.
