pX602 is a multifunctional expression vector in the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system. It belongs to the pX series of vectors developed by the Feng Zhang laboratory and is optimized based on pX601. Its core features include the integration of the Cas9 nuclease, guide RNA (gRNA) expression elements, and a puromycin resistance selection marker, with adjustments to promoters and expression elements, making it more suitable for efficient and stable gene editing in various mammalian cells.
