Lenti-Cas9-Blast is a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing tool based on a lentiviral vector. Its core function is to stably integrate the Cas9 nuclease into the genome of target cells via lentiviral delivery, while providing a blasticidin resistance selection marker. It is suitable for creating cell lines that stably express Cas9, especially for gene editing in hard-to-transfect cells such as primary cells, stem cells, and suspension cells.
