Lenti-CRISPR V2 is a widely used lentivirus-mediated CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing vector developed by Feng Zhang's laboratory. Its key feature is the integration of Cas9 nuclease and guide RNA (gRNA) expression elements into the same lentiviral vector, allowing efficient delivery of the editing tools to target cells via viral infection, and it is especially suitable for stable gene editing in hard-to-transfect cells.
