Lenti-Guide-Puro is a lentivirus-based guide RNA (gRNA) expression vector, primarily used for the efficient delivery of gRNA to target cells in the CRISPR/Cas9 system. It allows for the enrichment of cells that have successfully incorporated the gRNA through puromycin resistance selection and is especially suitable for use with cell lines that stably express Cas9 (such as cell lines constructed with Lenti-Cas9-Blast), enabling efficient gene editing.
