pCas9 Vector

pCas9 is a kind of basic vector widely used in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system, and its core function is to express Cas9 nlease in E. coli, cooperate with guide RNA (gRNA) to achieve specific editing of target genes. However, the vector does not have λ-red recombination enzyme nor does it have the clearing mechanism of the plasmid itself.
