pSH47 Vector
pSH47 is an auxiliary vector specifically designed for gene editing in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Its core function is to express Cre recombinase, mediating recombination of sequences containing LoxP sites. It is mainly used to remove selection markers (such as kanMX4) introduced by vectors like pUG6, enabling the recycling of selection markers, and is particularly suitable for multi-gene knockout experiments.
