pLKO.1-Puro is a lentiviral vector widely used in RNA interference (RNAi) research, specifically designed to express short hairpin RNA (shRNA). It can efficiently deliver shRNA into mammalian cells via lentiviral mediation and ensure stable expression, enabling long-term silencing of target genes. Additionally, positive cells can be enriched through puromycin resistance selection, making it an important tool for gene function studies.
