The activity of soil dehydrogenase (sDHA) can reflect the active microbial mass in the soil system and its degradation activity on organic matter, and can be used as an indicator of the degradation performance of soil microorganisms.

Receptors 2, 3, 5-Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride (TTC) were reduced to Triphenyl Formazone (TF) after receiving hydrogen during cell respiration, with the maximum absorption peak at 485nm, and the absorbance value was determined at 485nm by spectrophotometry, which obtained the soil dehydrogenase activity.
