pBI121-RFP Vector

pBI121-RFP is a derivative of the pBI121 vector, in which the GUS reporter gene in the original vector is replaced with the red fluorescent protein (RFP) gene. It retains the core elements required for plant genetic engineering and is mainly used for the visual expression of RFP or fusion proteins in plant cells. It also serves as a convenient selection marker and is a commonly used tool in plant molecular biology research for tracking protein localization and analyzing promoter activity.
