At the same time, with yolk emulsion, Bacillus cereus forms a characteristic milky white precipitation ring around the colony due to lecithin enzyme production, which is convenient for intuitive identification. The culture medium has balanced nutrition and clear selectivity, can accurately separate target bacteria and reduce interference, and is a common culture medium for screening Bacillus cereus in food hygiene microbial detection.
