pLVX-shRNA2-Puro is an RNA interference (RNAi) vector based on a lentiviral system, specifically designed for efficient expression of short hairpin RNA (shRNA). It can deliver shRNA to various mammalian cells via lentivirus, enabling stable silencing of target genes, and allows for the selection of positive cells through puromycin resistance. It is a common tool for gene function research and the construction of stable cell lines.
