YBZ-1-LexA-MSII System Yeast Three-Hybrid Screening Library Kit

The yeast three-hybrid system can be used to analyze the interaction between proteins and RNA. In the yeast three-hybrid system, the interaction between RNA protein results in the transcription of reporter genes, which can be detected by cell growth, clone color, or specific enzymatic activity. The YBZ-1 strain selected in kit is based on the L40 Coat strain and has some structural changes to the MS2 coat protein, such as the mutation of the 55th amino acid from to K, and the two MS2 coat protein sequences are connected by a 9-amino acid linker to increase the affinity between RNA and protein and improve the screening efficiency.
