pB7WG2 is a plant binary expression vector based on Gateway recombination technology, belonging to the pB7 series of vectors. It was developed by the VIB Plant Systems Biology Research Institute and is widely used in plant gene function studies. Its key feature is the use of the Gateway cloning system to achieve rapid and efficient cloning of target genes, without relying on restriction enzymes, greatly simplifying the vector construction process.
