pSAT6-nEYFP-N1 is a plant expression vector used for studying protein-protein interactions. It is a derivative of the pSAT series of vectors, and its core function is to express the C-terminal enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (cEYFP) fragment. It is usually used in conjunction with vectors containing the N-terminal EYFP fragment (nEYFP) to detect protein-protein interactions in plant cells via Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation (BiFC) technology, and it can also be used for analyzing protein subcellular localization.
