pRGEB32 Vector

pRGEB32 is a widely used CRISPR/Cas9 dual-expression vector for plant gene editing, constructed by the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its core feature is the integration of the Cas9 protein expression cassette and the sgRNA expression cassette into a single vector, making it suitable for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of various plants, and it demonstrates high editing efficiency, especially in monocot plants such as rice.
