pBiFC-VC155 is a mammalian expression vector specially designed for the BiFC (Bimolecular Fluorescence Complementation) technique, the core function of expressing the C-terminal fragment (VC155) of the enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (EYFP) and the fusion product with the target protein. By with the vector containing the N-terminal fragment (VN173) of EYFP, it can visualize and detect protein interactions in mammalian cells, and it is key tool for analyzing the protein interaction network in mammalian cells.
