pBiFC-VN173 Vector

pBiFC-VN173 is the core vector in the BiFC (bimolecular fluorescence complementation) technology for studying protein interactions inalian cells, complementary to pBiFC-VC155, and its core function is to express the N-terminal fragment (VN173) of the enhanced fluorescent protein (EYFP) fused with the target protein. By co-transfecting with the vector containing the C-terminal fragment (VC155) of EY, the visualization detection of protein interactions in mammalian cells can be realized, which is widely used in the analysis of signaling pathways in mammalian cells, transcriptional regulatory network research other fields.
